Q-Free Africa Launch 24 June 2010

KZN MEC for Finance, Ms Ina Cronjé, delivered a keynote address during the launch of the Sub-Saharan branch of Q-Free Africa based in Durban and the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Q-Free Africa and Durban University of Technology (DUT). The signing of the MoU signals the beginning of training of specialist engineers by DUT on this new technological innovation pioneered by Q-Free Africa.

Porivincial Treasury launches the HIV Counselling and Testing (HCT) campaign 23 June 2010

KZN MEC for Finance Ms Ina Cronjé today (23 June 2010) addressed all Provincial Treasury employees during the launch of HIV Counselling and Testing (HCT) campaign in response to the presidential call for social mobilisation in the fight against HIV and AIDS.

MEC encouraged employees to test so that they can know their status, and take responsibility for their lives. She emphasised on prevention so there will be no new HIV infection.

Employees committed themselves to supporting the campaign and started testing.

KZN MEC for Finance Ms Ina Cronjé addressed a number of Umgungundlovu FET College graduates who were graduating at Northdale Campus in Pietermaritzburg today Saturday 22nd May 2010.

The Award was for a government category and for promoting socio-economic growth.
