Greater Kokstad Municipality Request for Proposals Bid No: 57\2012:

The Greater Kokstad Municipality, via a Public Private Partnership, has identified the requirement for a new Municipal Civic Centre and Commercial\Retail Development

RFP documents can be collected for Greater Kokstad Municipality,Supply Chain Management Office, Kokstad during working hours(Monday to Friday 08H30 to 16H00). Documents will be made available from 29\02\2012 tp 30\03]2012)at a non-refundable cost of R 1500-00per document. Project information can be downloaded from the municipalities website (www.kokstadmunicipality.org.za) from 29\02\2012  accessible using a password obtained when pirchasing the documents.

Interested parties will be required to register intent to bid with Mr T. Somtseu of the Greater Kokstad Municipality no latter than 16:30 on the 15\03\2012.

The compulsory briefing session will be held on the 15\03\2012 at 1100 hrs at the Oval Boardroom, Barclays Street, Kokstad.



KING EDWARD VIII HOSPITAL FLAGSHIP PROJECT


Transaction advisors for the King Edward Hospital have been procured and appointed by DBSA and they are as follows:
1.ECH Management Solutions Africa(Properiety)Limited who will be responsible for the technical aspect of the project.
2.Cliffe Dekker Hofmer a law firm that will look into the legal aspect of the project.
3.And the Finance aspect will be taken by Driver Group Africa (pty)(ltd)\Deloitte\Capital Joint Venture(ltd)

The terms of references and contract for these appointment have already been signed.
