They need to fully complete an Application for Registration form (ZNT 31) and submit it to the Suppliers Database section for processing. The ZNT 31 is obtainable from the tender enquiries section of the Department. Full registration will only take place once all required information has been received from the applicant.

A registration number will be allocated within three days. Full registration will be completed within three weeks after receiving all the required information from an applicant.

Once a quotation or tender submitted by the supplier has been accepted by the relevant department.
