• To ensure the provision of effective and efficient corporate communication services to maintain a good image of the MEC,HOD and the Department in line with the legislative madates.

MISSION: 

• ​Positively profile the MEC, HOD and the programmes of the department internally and externally, using various media platforms.

• Ensure development, management and maintenance of strategic relations between the department and relevant stakeholders.

• Participate in effective and efficient events planning and management as well as to provide communication support to all business Units during their outreach activities.​ ​
